Should you need to remove your permanent jewelry piece, please use household scissors to cut through the small jump ring (the part that was welded together). It is important to avoid cutting the chain itself, as this could cause damage and/or complicate potential future repairs. If removed properly, it is possible to keep the chain and bring it back to transform it into another custom-fitted piece for a small fee (many people change their bracelet into rings or anklets into bracelets).
